As a child, I was always one of the more boring types- sincere, well behaved, you get the drift. I don’t think I enjoyed it any lesser; thankfully, I had enough pranksters around me and you get a large view even from the gallery.
In the past few months, we have thrice found our car with one of the tyres nearly deflated. It doesn’t seem to be an issue of poor tyre maintenance because, well, they are maintained. The needle of suspicion is obviously deflecting towards the pre-teen and teenage pranksters living in my society. At least, they are considerate enough not to cause the tyre any permanent damage (puncture it). Since I have never tried anything like this in my life, it got me thinking as to how the kids manage to deflate a tyre, without punturing it. What I gather is that if the tyre drives over something sharp, it gets punctured. But my father explained a very simple way by which kids manage to accomplish their sweet little stunt, that irritates the more serious adults, without really harming them.
I would leave it to the pranksters amongst us, if they ever tried it, to kindly explain how they manage to deflate these tyres. In case someone has gathered enough knowledge by sitting in the gallery, do oblige
